Initiate Your Request
Log into your Chalet account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and include the printed return slip inside the package.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned furniture or decor, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
